• Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and basic profile details used to sign you in and secure your account.
• Business information you provide. We store the content you enter to run your business, such as your company details, logo, and signature; your clients' names and contact information; and your quotes, invoices, projects, expenses, and receipt images.
• Payment information. When you subscribe or accept payments, payment and transaction details are processed by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). We do not store full card numbers; that data is handled by the payment providers.
• Limited technical data. We may process basic technical information needed to operate and secure the Service. We do not use advertising or cross-app tracking technologies.

How We Use Information

We use the information to provide and maintain the Service; create and send quotes and invoices; process subscriptions and payments; store and organize your business records; respond to support requests; and keep the Service secure. We use your information for app functionality only — not for advertising or tracking.

How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, under agreements that limit their use of it: Base44 (hosting and backend storage); and Stripe and PayPal (to process subscriptions and client payments). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account from within the app's Settings, which removes your associated data, subject to any records we must retain for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can manage much of your data directly in the app, or contact us using the details below.

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date.
